9.4 The cost to respond to a member or applicant’s request for information will usually be done for free or at a minimal cost to the member or applicant. However, a fee for reasonable costs incurred may be charged in responding to more complex requests, provided the member or applicant is informed of the charge in advance.

9.5 YRD Properties will amend the personal information contained in the YRD Properties database when a member or applicant successfully demonstrates the inaccuracy or incompleteness of their personal information. The amendment may involve the correction, deletion or addition of information.
