YRD Properties primary service in the real estate market is providing affordable residential accommodation to families. By focusing on dual residence in single-family, well-respected and secure neighbourhoods, we are able to provide families with a sense of community at an affordable price. This has been and will continue to be our core objective.
Beyond providing affordable residential accommodation to families, we have also ventured out in providing the following services:
1) Property Management – If your property is within our investment area (Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa), we provide a detailed property management service equal only to what we provide ourselves. Because of our growing listing of properties and economy of scale, it became evident over the years that others could benefit from our service. Our service is based on a PERCENTAGE commission of GROSS rental income. We are not in the business of getting paid when your investment is sitting empty. We know the cost of being in business. We are ONLY paid when you are paid. It’s our responsibility and assurance to you that equity-building tenants are always placed in your property. This service ensures your time is spent doing what matters most to you. Our teams of experts are available to service your clients.
2) Property Maintenance
– We provide a property maintenance service that allows you to enjoy
the fruits of your labour. Our weekly or bi-weekly
service cuts your grass, trim your trees and keep your property in excellent
condition all year round from the outside. Your
first impression counts, so keep them wanting more. Property maintenance from
the outside is more important than the inside.
If they are not willing to stop and look, good chance they will not come inside.

3) Real
