YRD Properties is a family owned and operated Investment Company that focuses on the Real Estate Investment market. This mother and son operation commenced 11 plus years ago, with one property in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada, and have grown to several properties across the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and Durham Region.

YRD Properties’ primary focus has been single-family residences that can be converted to dual family residences. We are a strong believer in families and we offer affordable housing in well-respected and secure neighbourhoods.

Our experience in the real estate market has taught us many lessons over the years. We strongly believe in the buy-and-hold strategy for several reasons:

1) Positive Monthly Cash Flow;


2) Property Appreciation; and


3) Mortgage Reduction

These three fundamentals among many has allowed us to grow at a controlled pace and has allowed us to help others in search of achieving their financial dreams.
